Sales administrator for a client in Gothenburg

Our customer is looking for a Sales Administrator, who is structured and attentive to details. In this role you will be supporting the Sales and Market functions.

Your assignments will be:
– Managing meetings
– Preparing schedules
– Managing and follow-up on orders and invoicing
– Lead and support in misc forums
– Preparing sales material for misc meetings and presentations
– Coordinate activities with other functions
– Collect KPI & status reports

– Experience from similar positions
– Knowledge in SAP or ERP system
– Experience from working in a larger global company
– Ability to coordinate several assignments
– Microsoft Office
– Fluent in English and Swedish both written and spoken
